Delivery Fees:

Shipping and Handling on orders $200 and under is $16. (This includes $10 shipping and handling plus a $6.00 fuel surcharge.)

Orders over $200 have a 5% shipping and handling plus fixed $6.00 fuel surcharge per invoice. For example: A $400 order would have a $26 delivery fee because 5% of $400 is $20 plus $6 for the fuel surcharge. Note that fuel surcharge may change from month to month depending on price of fuel.
